The herringbone pattern engraved in the precious resin material of the barrel is both discreet and appealing. The black surface contrasts nicely with the matt grey engraving to produce a shimmer that constantly changes with the angle of incident light. All metal parts have a high-quality rhodium plating. The pocket clip is spring-mounted.

This twist-action propelling pencil uses strong 0.7mm lead, supplied as grade B, and contains a reservoir for spare leads. Under the end cap is a replaceable white eraser.
